Supporting Balmorhea State Park Pool Balmorhea State Park Pool has been closed since early May after part of the structure collapsed during the pool’s annual cleaning, which is attributed to decades of erosion from spring flow. TPWF is working to secure donations to match a $1 million challenge grant offered by Apache Corporation to repair this West Texas treasure.
